After nearly 15 years in recruiting, Aishah Mirza founded AIM with a clear vision: to build a recruiting company for the future, one that harnesses AI and technology to work smarter and move faster, while never losing sight of what makes recruiting matter: people. Ambitious in its results, intentional in its relationships, and deeply human in its approach.
Over the years, she saw firsthand that the best placements were never simply about matching a resume to a job description. They came from understanding people, what motivates them, what companies truly need, and what makes the right opportunity capable of changing the trajectory of a career, a team, or even a family.
AIM was built around that belief. From the beginning, the goal was to create a recruiting firm where relationships come before transactions, where recruiters are empowered to think beyond the placement, and where clients and candidates feel the difference in how they are represented.
