About the Role:

We’re hiring an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day and strategic performance of a key location for one of our long-standing industrial services clients. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing facility operations, driving team performance, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery in both the parts and service departments.

You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, fostering a strong team culture, and supporting client satisfaction across every level of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Department Oversight:

  • Lead and manage all branch-level parts operations
  • Develop and track performance goals and budgets
  • Strengthen customer relationships and resolve service-related issues
  • Oversee staff performance and provide coaching as needed

Service Department Oversight:

  • Direct daily operations within the service team
  • Ensure high-quality repair work and client satisfaction
  • Monitor budget and service goals
  • Manage policy compliance and resolve any escalated client concerns

Team Leadership:

  • Cultivate a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment
  • Serve as a mentor and motivator to all staff
  • Support professional development and maintain a high standard of communication
  • Partner with other leaders to address feedback and internal concerns proactively

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and site-related issues
  • Coordinate with the facilities team for project planning and capital improvements
  • Support any site expansion or construction projects as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal protocols
  • Manage internal communications and alignment across departments
  • Other leadership duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred
  • Must have a strong background in service operations, with hands-on experience leading teams, managing repair processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and internal business systems

Work Environment:

  • Must be comfortable in an operational and occasionally industrial environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move as needed
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions
